Customer Service:

We consider You, the customer the most important asset to our company. We strive to give you the best possible customer service available. If you have any questions concerning an order, pricing, policies, shipping, products, or anything else in general, please contact us at customerservice@qualityinks.com or call us at 304.589.7495. We will help you out in any way that we can. Technical support questions for software should be handled through the respective publishers. Please call the publisher first before attempting to get technical help from us. If you can't find the publisher's phone number, contact us & we will try to get their phone number for you.

Credit Card Security:

Is it safe to order online? We make sure all transactions processed on qualityinks.com are safe by using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption standard. Use a SSL compliant browser such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Netscape's Navigator and you will be able to conduct encrypted transactions on our website. Online transactions statistically have been proven to be the safest form of credit card payment. If you are still not comfortable using your credit card over the internet, you can always place your order over the phone 304.589.7495, , or mail your order to us.

CD Only Packaging:

We sell some products in what we refer to as CD Only, Retail Jewel and/or Sleeve packaging. If you see these terms in a product description, this means the product does not come in a box. You will receive the program CD only. In most cases there are help files and tutorials on the CD and a manual is not needed.

Payment Methods:

qualityinks.com accepts the following forms of payment:

• Purchase Orders for schools, government institutions, and fortune 1000 companies
• Money Orders and Checks are accepted for mail orders in US funds only
• Mail orders paid by money orders and cashier's checks will ship on day of deposit. Orders paid by personal & company check may be delayed 10-15 days in order to allow clearance of funds.
• Please note that all prices are in US Dollars

Purchase Order Policy:

We gladly take purchase orders from all schools, school districts, PTAs, government institutions, and Fortune 1000 companies. You can place an order through our shopping cart online, and select "Mail or Faxing payment" on the Billing Information Page.

Privacy Policy:

We at qualityinks.com take your privacy seriously. The information that we collect from you is for our own use. We do not sell or trade our customer's information. We only send our electronic discounts and special offer emails to people who have purchased from us in the past or who have signed up to be on one of our lists. If at any time, you decide you would no longer like to receive our email just send an email to remove@qualityinks.com with remove in the subject and your full name and email address in the body of the email and we will take you off our list.

Replacement Policy:

Every product we sell is guaranteed to work. Please note: product compatibility is your responsibility. We will gladly replace any defective product with an identical product. We will not replace any items due to application incompatibility -MAKE SURE THE PRODUCT WILL WORK ON YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE YOU ORDER! If you need to replace a product call customer service at 304.589.7495 for an RMA number. Returns or replacements must take place within 30 days of the original order. All returns must have an RMA number and all original packing material. Software is not returnable unless there is a defect and a replacement will be shipped to you at our expense. You will be required to return the defective software to us. Any item lost by the USPS will be replaced only, no refunds.

Return Policy:

There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. The software must NOT be opened or damaged. If the product is an OEM or CD Only with the Key Code exposed the product cannot be returned for any reason. If the product is damaged or will not install correctly it may be exchanged for the same product at no charge to the customer. If the product is having conflict problems or support issues it is the customers responsibility to obtain the support from the manufacturer whether it is free or pay support., shipping is NON-refundable. Opened software is NOT returnable unless defective. CD only software is not returnable unless defective and then for exchange only. If you need to return a product contact customer service for an RMA number. Returns or replacements must take place within 30 days of the original order. Orders Paid by check will be refunded by check. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless error is ours. All returns should be sent to:

Most Continental U.S. Destinations

USPS

We prefer to use USPS for all of our shipments to the Continental US, Canada and all International destinations.

International Destinations

International destinations will go USPS Global Priority and can take 10 to 14 days to reach you. Please be patient. Other shipping arragments can be made usually at a higher rate. Please email customerservice@qualityinks.com for a rate quote.

Orders usually take less than 24 hours to process and are shipped via one of the methods below.

Most physical addresses in the contiguous United States* will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Packages shipped by USPS will generally reach its destination within 2-5 business days.

Packages heading for PO Boxes, APO/AE, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands or any other US territory not in the contiguous US will be shipped via US Mail and will reach its destination usually within 2-5 business days.

Packages heading for International addresses will be charged an additional $5 unless it is unable to be fit into a flat rate envelope. If the shipment is too large, we will e-mail you with the correct shipping price. The package will not ship until we receive a reply from you accepting the new shipping amount. Either Global Priority Mail will ship your package, or it will ship by Airmail Parcel Post if it is more cost effective. For Retail Box products shipped Global Priority we will discard the packaging and just send the contents so that you can receive everything in the box without the bulky box costing extra money.

In a hurry? Express Mail and 2 Day Express are available. Next Day orders if placed before 1:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day, and 2 Day Express ordered before 1:00 PM will be delivered in 2 business days. These services are not available in Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/AE addresses and International addresses.

Typographical Errors:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical error in pricing.

Miscellaneous Policies:

All manufacturers warranties apply to the manufacturers. We do not honor special promotions, policies, rebates, or warranties from manufacturers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All products available while supplies last. Manufacturers often provide end users with the bonus of a mail-in rebate after an item is purchased. Often, the rebate is a valuable offer that significantly lowers the net cost of the product purchased. qualityinks.com has no responsibility for any manufacturer's rebate and qualityinks.com does not pay any manufacturer's rebate. The rebate is a transaction between the buyer and the manufacturer, and buyer assumes all responsibility for claiming any available rebates after paying the full purchase price to qualityinks.com. All concerns regarding any manufacturer's rebate must be communicated between the manufacturer of the software and the customer. qualityinks.com assumes no liability regarding manufacturer's rebates.

Special Prices:

Special Prices are in effect for the time period specified and are not retroactive. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We cannot be held to a price seen on any other website except this one.

Where is my Receipt /Order Confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation that your order was successfully processed at the time of purchase.  You will then receive an e-mail within 10 minutes to the e-mail address provided, this e-mail is your receipt.  Make sure you print it and keep it for your future records.  It will have an Invoice or Order number, also keep that number for your future records.

What payment options do you

We accept all major credit cards including: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS.  We also accept Business and Personal checks, money orders and cashier checks. Business checks and Personal checks may take a few days to clear the bank before shipping.  When you check-out online just choose check, money order or cashier check at the end of the process and you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.
