About the Author

World Cuisine with Madeleine Greey is a Toronto-based food writer and cooking instructor.  She lived in Taiwan for three years where she studied Chinese cooking.  She travels to China, Hong King Kong and Taiwan to keep up-to-date of food trends.  Her first , "Easy Cooking Chinese" was published by ARC Media in 1995, and her weekly column "A Taste of Asia" ran in the Toronto Star from 1988-1989.  She also had a weekly column "FoodSmarts" in the Toronto Star beginning in 1993.
